Hamburger Patties

- ▢1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- ▢1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Toppings
- ▢4 slices cheddar cheese
- ▢4 hamburger buns
- ▢4 pieces Lettuce iceberg, romaine, or butter
- ▢4 slices Tomato
- ▢4 slices red onion
- ▢1/3 cup sliced dill pickles
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound ground beef, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the temperature to 375°F to 380°F (190°C to 195°C). Work in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with the cooked patties, cheese, buns, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and condiments of your choice. Enjoy!
